2 - panca pApa – SrI tyAgarAja probably means panca mahA pAtaka. panca mahA pAtaka – killing a brAhmaNa, drinking intoxicating liquors, theft, committing adultery with the wife of a religious teacher, associating with anyone guilty of these crimes. (Source – Monier’s Sanskrit Dictionary);
